I love to bake – breads, cookies, pies, brownies, etc. I love sharing my baked goods with others – this way I can have a taste of something good and sweet, but not feel like I have to eat it all before it goes bad. I enjoy being active – hiking, weight lifting, and cycling. I’ve participated in 2 separate 100 mile bike rides and felt a real sense of accomplishment when I crossed the finish line.
