It’s hard to go wrong with kabobs. They come in all kinds of configurations and methods and are native to countries all over the world. This Chicken Kabobrecipe has an Egyptian flair using yogurt and a blend of spices and herbs used throughout the region with tomatoes and onions. This is very easy to make but is sure to impress everyone that gets to taste it.
2 lbs cubed Chicken Breast | |
1/2 tsp lemon juice | |
1 tsp balsamic vinegar | |
1/2 tsp garam masala | |
1/2 tsp salt | |
1 yellow onion cut in half | |
18-20 grape tomatoes, halved | |
2 cup plain greek yogurt |
1. | Mix yogurt, garam masala, salt, vinegar, and lemon juice. Add the chicken pieces and let sit for at least 30 minutes. |
2. | Cut the tomatoes and onion in preparation for putting on the skewer. |
3. | Thread the chicken, tomatoes, and onion on the skewers. Cook on the grill until cooked thoroughly. It should take about 10 minutes. |
