2 lbs cubed Chicken Breast
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
1 yellow onion cut in half
18-20 grape tomatoes, halved
2 cup plain greek yogurt


1.Mix yogurt, garam masala, salt, vinegar, and lemon juice. Add the chicken pieces and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
2.Cut the tomatoes and onion in preparation for putting on the skewer.
3.Thread the chicken, tomatoes, and onion on the skewers. Cook on the grill until cooked thoroughly. It should take about 10 minutes.
